The client must provide a demand letter containing complete details, including job category, number of workers, salary, duty hours, contract period, medical facilities, accommodation, overtime (if applicable), and the job description for each category.

1. Finalizing the location and method for conducting interviews.

2. Screening the CV database.

3. Expanding recruitment efforts through social media, media advertisements, and newspapers

4. Coordinating candidates for interviews
